The City of St. Thomas Environmental Services Department will be holding a Public Information Centre (PIC) for the above-noted project. The purpose of this PIC is to present the proposed design for information, review and comment, and it will be held at Location: City Hall - Room 204, 545 Talbot Street Date: Wednesday, March 10, 2010 Time: 7:00pm to 8:30pm The work involves the construction of an intersection pedestrian signal to facilitate the crossing of Elm Street by pedestrians in the vicinity of the hospital. Complete details of the scope of work will be available at the PIC, and engineering staff will be present to answer questions and address any concerns prior to project implementation.
